EzineArticles.com: Resting: It annoys the hell out of me when I see people taking huge amounts of rest in between exercises and sets. 1-2 mins max between sets is fine depending on your goal. If fat loss is your goal then less rest,if strength is your goal then around 2 minutes is fine You don’t go to the Gym to chat to your mate or wander around the gym secretly looking in the mirror between Exercises.
