If I was thin, I was loveable, if I was not, then nothing mattered, a part of me felt that perhaps I was destined to be alone. Food not only became my lover, became my fleeting source of momentary happiness and comfort, it also became the source of guilt and shame that ultimately prolonged the suffering as it feed the beliefs of aloneness
