Also meal timing is not just important, but you need to have planned what meal you’re going to have beforehand so that you don’t end up changing your whole meal plan by going out to eat or something. Meals should be eaten every 1.5 to 2 hours, and one of the biggest concepts you need to have down is that you need to eat bigger meals in the morning.
