EzineArticles.com: Please take it from me, stay away from those crazy fad diets (low carb, low fat, low calorie, etc.)! Those types of programs are incredibly ineffective, expensive, unnatural, and will in most cases cause your weight to yo-yo and eventually just go back to where you originally started.
