EzineArticles.com: Numerous websites or diet gurus maintain the idea that counting the calories that you consume in a day is the best possible way for you to lose weight. The main theory behind it does indeed appear to be sound enough in that if you burn off say 2000 calories per day then if you only consume 1500 calories per day you have to lose weight.
