It is so much easier to relax during those few minutes here and there that you are not taking care of your newborn and the last thought in your mind is probably exercise! But it may be beneficial to both your body and mind to try to get moving and get a little bit of exercise in when you can get it. Sure, it is tough when you are tired and not getting as much sleep as usual, but there are easy ways to sneak in some exercise here and there so it is not a drain on your time taking you away from your new baby.
